Eligibility Criteria

Offer void where prohibited by law. This offer is invalid for patients whose prescription claims for EFFIENT are reimbursed, in whole or in part, by (1) any governmental program, including, without limitation, Medicaid, Medicare, or other federal or state program, such as Champus, the VA, TRICARE, or a state pharmaceutical assistance program, or (2) any third-party payer in the state of Massachusetts. Offer is void in the following state for transaction processing: Massachusetts. Available only in United States and Puerto Rico for residents of the US and PR.

Who is eligible to use the Effient Co-pay Card?

This offer is not available for patients whose prescription claims for Effient® (prasugrel) are reimbursed by any governmental program including:

  • Medicaid
  • Medicare
  • Any other federal or state program, such as Champus, the VA, TRICARE, or a state pharmaceutical assistance program
  • Any third-party payer in Massachusetts

Available only in United States and Puerto Rico for residents of the United States and Puerto Rico.
