Find Time for Fun
You should keep in mind that "laughter is the best medicine." And as you go about your treatment, try to find opportunities for laughter, friendship, and love.
For example, you could invite friends to your home and prepare a low-fat meal together, or get some exercise by going dancing with a family member or
friends. Use your imagination and creativity—you'll probably think of lots of great ways to have fun.
